Karya Falak pricing
Karya Falak pricing has two plans, priced per business, not per person. Starter is A$49 a month for up to 10 people in the office. Growth is A$99 a month with no limit on people in the office. Every price is in Australian dollars with GST included. Field members are A$9 each a month on either plan, and you can try everything free for 14 days with no card.

What both plans include
- A shared inbox for email, your web form and WhatsApp
- Quotes customers accept online, visits, a price book and Australian tax invoices
- The team Calendar, leave and public holidays for each state
- PayID and bank transfer details on every invoice, and online card payments through your own Stripe account
- Online booking, the client hub, job costing and reports, including GST on sales for your BAS
- Unlimited boards, columns and cards, with your own fields and labels
- Your logo and colours on every document
- Xero or QuickBooks sync, imports, the API and the Claude and ChatGPT connector
- Contacts, an activity log on every card and export to CSV
Growth adds no limit on people in the office and priority support.
Add-ons, on either plan
- Field members, A$9 each a month. A field member uses only the Field app and sees only their own jobs. They take none of Starter’s 10 office places. Everyone else in the office can use the Field app for their own visits at no extra charge. The Field app runs on iPhone and Android.
- Text messaging, A$19 a month. An Australian number for sending and receiving SMS. Message costs are passed through at what the carrier charges, and you can see them on your usage page.

GST is already in the price
Every price on this page includes 10% GST. To find the GST in any price, divide it by 11.
Other costs to know about
- Card payments: Stripe charges its own processing fees, set by Stripe, on payments to your Stripe account. Karya Falak takes no fee on those payments at present, and adds no surcharge for your customers.
- WhatsApp: once WhatsApp opens, Meta bills any WhatsApp message fees to your own Meta business account. We do not resell or mark up messages.
- Text messages: passed through at the carrier’s cost, shown on your usage page.
The free trial
The 14-day trial has every feature switched on, field members included. You do not need a card to start. When the trial ends, choose Starter or Growth inside the app to keep going. Nothing is charged until you do.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. We give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of a plan.
Questions
Is the price per user?
No. The plan is per business. Starter covers up to 10 people in the office, and Growth has no limit. Only field members, who use just the Field app, are charged each.
Who counts as a field member?
Someone who only goes out to visits and sees only their own jobs in the Field app. Office staff who also go out use the app at no extra charge.
Is there a trades plan?
No. Trades, cleaning, IT, office and hospitality businesses all use Starter or Growth, with the same features.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Pick a different plan in the app when your team grows or shrinks.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your contacts and boards before the account closes. After that, your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
Do I pay extra for Xero, QuickBooks or the Claude and ChatGPT connector?
No. They are included on both plans. See integrations.
