Pest control software for Australian businesses
Karya Falak is pest control software for Australian businesses, from one technician to a whole team. Set a general pest treatment to repeat every three months or a termite inspection every twelve, and each visit lands on the Calendar ahead of time. Technicians record products, areas treated and photos on a job form at every visit, customers can book online from your website, and each job becomes a GST tax invoice that syncs with Xero or QuickBooks.
Repeat work, booked once
Pest control lives on repeat customers: a quarterly general pest treatment for a house, monthly rodent checks for a café, a yearly termite inspection. In Karya Falak a visit can repeat weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or every set number of weeks or months up to twelve. Each visit appears on the Calendar 12 weeks before it is due, so you can see the season’s work coming.
A repeating visit keeps the same customer, address, technician and job form. Move one visit to another day without moving the rest. A booking confirmation can go to the customer by email with a calendar invitation, and reminders can go by text or WhatsApp.
Billing follows the work. Invoice each visit as it is done, or bill a commercial customer once a month for every visit in that month. More on scheduling.

Treatment records at every visit
Your licence and your customers both expect a record of what was applied, where and when. Build a job form once and set it to attach by itself to every visit of the right kind, chosen by a job type you set up, such as General pest, Termite inspection or Rodent program. Questions can be ticks, text, numbers, yes / no / N/A, choices, dates or photos, and any of them can be required.
- Product used and batch number
- Amount mixed and applied
- Areas treated, inside and out
- Pests seen and level of activity
- Bait stations checked, with a photo of each
- Advice given about pets, children and re-entry
Records that hold the visit open
Finish visit stays locked until the required answers are in, so a busy afternoon does not leave gaps in your records. Switch on forms in your job sheet settings and the answers print on the job sheet PDF, with your logo and colours, ready to send to the customer.
Check what your state asks you to record and build the form to match. Karya Falak keeps the record; it does not decide what the law in your state requires.

Homes, rentals and commercial sites
One property manager can send you dozens of addresses. A contact in Karya Falak keeps up to 20 saved addresses and a company name, and each job copies the address it is for. Tags and lead source show who came from where.
Access notes matter more in pest work than in most trades: the side gate code, whether the dog is in the yard, which tenant to call. The technician sees them in the Field app before they knock.
Give each customer a client hub link with no password. They see upcoming visits, quotes and invoices, accept a quote, pay, and ask for more work without ringing the office.
Bookings straight from your website
With online booking, customers pick a service from your price book, such as “General pest, house up to 4 bedrooms” or “Pre-purchase termite inspection”, and see only times that are really free. Bookings come in as requests the office confirms, or as instant bookings confirmed with a code. Limit them to the postcodes or suburbs you cover, close the page on public holidays, and let customers move or cancel up to your cutoff. The link works on your website or as a QR code on the van. Tips in online booking for tradies.
Quotes for termite and larger jobs
Termite management, rodent proofing and commercial contracts need a proper quote. Send it as a link with your branding and a cover photo. The customer ticks optional extras, such as a roof void treatment or extra bait stations, signs with a finger, and can ask for changes on the same page. A deposit invoice can be issued the moment they accept. See quotes.
On the road
Technicians see the day’s visits in order and on a map, with a Navigate button that opens their maps app. Notes, photos, the job form and the signature all work offline, which helps under houses and in roof voids. Arrived and left times are kept for each visit and can become labour lines on the invoice. The Field app runs on iPhone and Android.
Invoices, GST and your accounts
Each job becomes an Australian tax invoice with your ABN, GST, and your PayID and bank details for a transfer, which you mark paid when the money lands. Card payments, and saved cards with auto-pay for regular customers, run through your own Stripe account. Xero and QuickBooks receive invoices and payments, and the GST on sales report gives the G1 and 1A figures for your BAS. More in GST for tradies.
What it costs, and what it leaves out
Starter is A$49 a month for up to 10 people in the office. Growth is A$99 a month with no limit on people in the office. A technician who uses only the Field app is A$9 a month on either plan. Every price includes GST, and the 14-day trial has everything switched on. See pricing.
Karya Falak does not keep chemical stock levels, draw bait-station site plans or lodge reports with a regulator.
Questions
Can a treatment repeat every three months?
Yes. Choose a custom repeat of every 3 months, or every 12 months for an annual termite inspection. Visits are made 12 weeks ahead, and each one can be moved on its own.
Can I record the chemicals used at each visit?
Yes, with a job form. Add questions for product, batch, amount and areas treated, make them required, and the visit cannot be finished until they are answered.
Can property managers see their jobs?
Yes. Each customer gets a client hub link with no password, where they see their visits, quotes and invoices and can ask for more work.
Does it send reminder texts?
Yes. Visit confirmations and reminders can go by text or WhatsApp, or by email with a calendar invitation attached.
