How to get set up, what each plan includes, the Field app, the apps Karya Falak connects to, and how to reach a person when you are stuck.
Getting started
Start a 14-day free trial at app.karyafalak.com with everything switched on, field members included. No card is needed to start.
Messages from your customers land in one inbox, and each conversation becomes a card your team moves across its boards.
- Connect email, SMS, WhatsApp or a web form in Settings, under Channels.
- Answer from the inbox, and give the conversation to the right person.
- Move each card to the next list as the work moves, until it is done.
Account and billing
Your plan, your seats and what this month has used are in Settings, under Billing. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
When the 14 days end, choose Starter or Growth to keep going. Nothing is charged until you do. Manage billing is where a plan is changed or ended.
Owners and admins change most settings. If you can’t change one, ask one of them. To delete your own account, open Account, then Delete account.
The Field app
Karya Falak Field is the app for iPhone and Android for the people out on jobs. It shows the visits you are booked on, a week back and two weeks ahead.
Sign in with the email address your office invited, and the password you chose when you accepted the invitation. With no signal, everything you do is kept on the phone and sent when it is back.
The app itself costs nothing. Field members, the people who use only the app, are A$9 a month each.
Location is read only while the app is open, to show distances and stamp arrival. With a live On my way link it is shared only while you’re on the way to a job, and stops when you arrive. Never in the background.
Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe and calendars
Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online in Settings, one accounting system per business. Invoices reach it with the same lines and tax, to the cent, and a payment recorded there comes back to the job.
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook under My calendar: your visits and events go out, and busy time in your own calendar counts here.
Card payments on invoices are taken through your own Stripe account.
Claude and ChatGPT
Connect Karya Falak to your own Claude or ChatGPT and ask what is on today, who is waiting on a reply, or which jobs are done but not invoiced.
On every plan. Karya Falak does not run the AI; your own Claude or ChatGPT account does.
The API and webhooks
Read and add to your organisation from your own scripts, and be told the moment something happens, such as a new message, a ticket moved or an invoice paid.
Contact support
In the app, open Help and support and choose Contact support. Your message goes with the organisation and page you are on, so there is less to explain.
