Use Karya Falak with Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT what is on today, who is waiting on a reply, or which jobs are done but not invoiced. With your say-so it drafts replies, moves tickets and books visits, as you, in the one organisation you choose.
The address to add
https://mcp.karyafalak.com/mcpWorks in Claude (web, desktop, phone and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code, on every Karya Falak plan.
Karya Falak does not run the AI and does not charge for this. Your own Claude or ChatGPT account does the thinking; Karya Falak gives it your tickets, inbox and calendar to work with.
Things to ask
“What’s on my day today?”
“Who has been waiting longest for a reply?”
“Summarise KF-142 and draft a reply to the customer saying we can come Tuesday at 9.”
“Which accepted quotes haven’t been booked yet?”
“Which jobs are done but not invoiced, and which invoices are overdue?”
“Move KF-150 to Booked and put Sam on it as lead.”
Claude also offers four ready-made starts in its + menu: Triage the inbox, Plan today, Chase unbilled work and Weekly summary.
What it may do
When you connect, you tick what the app may do. Your role still decides what you can see and change, exactly as in Karya Falak. To change your choice later, disconnect and connect again.
Read
See the tickets, boards, contacts, conversations, calendar, quotes and invoices you can see in this organisation.
Includes
Change tickets
Create and edit tickets, move them, mark them done, assign people, comment, add labels, add calendar events, ask for time off, and save reply drafts and draft quotes and invoices. The app sends nothing to customers itself; your business’s own automations still run, as they would for a change you made.
Includes
Send to customers
Send replies, quotes and invoices to customers and book visits that tell the customer, always through the normal send rules (consent, opt-outs, the WhatsApp window).
Includes
Connect in Claude
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan an Owner adds it once under Organization settings > Connectors, and everyone then chooses Connect.
- Name it Karya Falak and paste the address above. If Claude asks how it should identify itself, choose Register automatically.
- Choose Add, then Connect. A Karya Falak page opens: sign in as usual, with your two-step code if you use one.
- Choose the organisation Claude may work in, tick what it may do, and choose Allow.
- In a chat, turn Karya Falak on from the + menu under Connectors, and ask away. Claude asks before anything that changes or sends.
Added on the web, it is there in the Claude desktop app and on your phone too.
Connect in ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. Once Karya Falak is listed in ChatGPT’s directory you will be able to find it there instead.
- Name it Karya Falak, choose Public endpoint and paste the address above. For authentication choose OAuth and leave the client details empty.
- Confirm the warning, choose Create as a plugin, and install it. A Karya Falak page opens: sign in, choose the organisation, tick what ChatGPT may do, and choose Allow.
- In a new conversation type @ and pick Karya Falak.
Your ChatGPT workspace has to allow custom servers; on a business plan an admin may need to turn that on.
Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code
Claude Code: add it, then run /mcp and choose Authenticate.

}You stay in control
It acts as you, in the one organisation you chose. It sees only what you can see in Karya Falak, and features your organisation has off stay off.
Every change shows in the audit log and on the ticket as you, “via Claude” or “via ChatGPT”.
Sending to customers goes through the same rules as in Karya Falak: someone who opted out, has not agreed to messages, or is outside the WhatsApp reply window is not messaged.
Messages and form answers from customers are marked as untrusted, so the app treats them as information, never as instructions. Nothing is done because a message asks for it.
Account > Connected apps shows every app you connected and when it was last used, with Disconnect. Owners and admins see everyone’s under Settings > Connected apps.
An owner can switch connected apps off for the whole organisation, which disconnects every app at once, or switch off just changes or just sending.
Your data
The connector stores nothing of its own. It reads from Karya Falak, in Sydney, only when the app asks, and only what you can see.
What it reads goes to the app you connected, and that app’s own privacy terms apply to it. Karya Falak never sends it anything unasked.
How the connector handles personal information, in our Privacy Policy
If something goes wrong
It says it needs permission to change tickets or send to customers.
You didn’t tick that when you connected. Disconnect Karya Falak in Claude or ChatGPT, connect again, and tick it.
My organisation is shown but I can’t choose it.
Its owner has switched connected apps off, or you are a field member of it. Ask the owner.
It can’t find a ticket I know is there.
It sees the boards you are on, in the organisation you chose. A ticket on a board you are not on, or in another organisation, is out of its reach, as it is in Karya Falak.
The app is shown as unverified on the Karya Falak page.
Karya Falak recognises Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code and Cursor by where they send you back after you sign in. Anything else is shown with the name it gave and its web address, so you can check it is what you meant to connect.
It keeps asking me to sign in again.
The connection ended: someone disconnected it, the owner switched connected apps off, you left the organisation, or it went unused for 30 days. Connect again.
