An online enquiry form for small business that lands as a job card
An online enquiry form for small business should do more than send an email. Karya Falak gives your business a hosted form at its own web address. Link to it from your website, your Google Business Profile, social media or an email signature. You choose the questions. Each submission arrives in your shared inbox and becomes a card on the board you pick, with the customer’s answers set out under each question. There’s no plugin to install and no developer to pay. It is included in both plans.
Why a contact form that emails you is not enough
Most website contact forms send an email to one inbox and stop there. Someone has to notice it, work out whether it’s been answered, and retype the details into a job. Answers arrive as one long block of text, and the phone number is often missing.
A Karya Falak form skips those steps. The submission is the start of the job, it can’t be missed by the person on leave, and the details you need are asked for up front.

Shape the form in a few minutes
Owners and admins edit the form under Channels. You set:
- The title, a short introduction and the thank-you message the customer sees.
- Whether to ask for a phone number and a subject. Email becomes required if you don’t ask for a phone.
- Up to ten questions of your own: a short answer, a paragraph or a choice list.
- Which questions must be answered.
- Which board the enquiries go to.
Questions worth asking, by type of business
Good questions save a phone call. A few starting points:
| Business | Questions to add |
|---|---|
| Plumber or electrician | Job type (repair, installation, maintenance, emergency), suburb, preferred date |
| Cleaner | Service (regular, one-off, end of lease, deep clean), how often, property type |
| Landscaper or handyman | What needs doing, rough size of the area, access notes |
| IT support | Which device or system, how many people affected, how urgent |
| Venue or caterer | Event date, number of guests, occasion |
Example enquiry form questions
Where each submission goes
- It appears in the shared inbox like any other message, with the customer’s text first and your questions and answers under it.
- It becomes a card in the first column of the board you chose, ready to assign.
- The customer is matched by email or phone, so a repeat customer joins their existing contact and history.
- You contact them on the email address or phone number they gave.
- Pressing send twice, or a retry after a dropped connection, does not create a second enquiry.
More than one form
You can run separate forms for separate work. A plumbing business might have one for quotes that goes to the Jobs board and another for warranty claims that goes to a Service board. Each form has its own address and its own questions.
Automations can then sort what arrives: label an enquiry that mentions "hot water", assign it to the right person, or notify whoever is on call after hours.
Enquiry form or booking page?
Karya Falak has both, and they do different jobs.

Spam protection
Each form has a hidden field that real people never see and simple bots fill in, and those submissions are thrown away. Repeated sends from the same internet address in a short time are slowed down, so a spam run cannot flood your board.
Questions
Do I need a website?
No. The form has its own address, so you can share it on social media, in your email signature or in a text. If you have a website, link to it from a button.
Can customers attach photos?
Not on the form. Ask for photos in your reply by email or WhatsApp, where customers can attach them.
Is the form included in my plan?
Yes. Web forms are part of both plans, Starter at A$49 and Growth at A$99 a month, GST included.
Can I send different forms to different boards?
Yes. Each form has its own board. Its enquiries go to that board’s first column.
