A client portal for tradies: one link to everything each customer has with you
The Karya Falak client hub is a client portal for tradies and service businesses, with no password to forget. Each customer gets one private link that opens a page in your business name, with their quotes, visits and invoices. They can accept a quote, pay an invoice, ask for more work or find your contact details, and you stop answering “can you resend that?”.
What your customer sees
- Quotes: every quote you have sent them, waiting, accepted, declined or expired, each opening to accept, ask for changes, decline or download the PDF.
- Visits: coming up and past, with the team’s first names, and times if you choose to show them.
- Invoices: overdue, to pay and paid, each with its PDF and its pay page.
- Request work: a note that arrives in your shared inbox as a new card for that customer.
- Contact us: your phone, email, website and address.
- Cards: the cards they have saved for future invoices, where you offer it.

No password, still private
Customers do not want another login, so the hub opens from its link. Fourteen days after the last check, the page asks the customer to confirm it is them with a six-digit code sent by email, valid for ten minutes and limited to a few tries. You can replace a link, which stops the old one at once, or turn it off.
Each person sees only their own work. For a company, each of its people sees the jobs that are theirs, not everyone else’s.
Linked from every message
Quote, invoice and visit messages carry the hub link with “Everything you have with us”, so the customer always has a way back. The quote and pay pages link back to the hub too.
You decide what shows
In Settings, owners and admins choose whether the hub shows quotes, asks for a signature to accept, lets customers ask for changes, shows invoices, lets them pay part online, and shows visit times. You also choose which web form requests come through. The tabs follow your modules: no visits module, no Visits tab.
On any contact, View as client shows you exactly what they see, read-only, and it is recorded in the audit log.
Paying and saving a card
Invoices in the hub open their pay page, so the customer can pay online through your own Stripe account, or use your PayID and bank details. For regular work, they can save a card in the hub and remove it whenever they like; saved cards can then pay repeating visits automatically. See online payments.
Why a hub beats resending PDFs
A customer who cannot find last month’s invoice rings you. A strata manager juggling three quotes emails you. A landlord wants to know when the next service is. Each of those is a few minutes of office time that the hub answers instead. It also gives repeat customers an easy way to ask for the next job without starting a new conversation.
Who it suits
The hub is on by default for trades, cleaning and IT businesses. It is most useful where customers come back: regular cleaning clients, property managers, maintenance contracts and IT clients with ongoing requests. See cleaning, IT and trades.
Questions
Does my customer need to create an account?
No. They open their link. From time to time they confirm it is them with a code sent by email.
Can I see what my customer sees?
Yes. View as client on their contact page shows their hub, read-only, and the view is recorded in the audit log.
What if a link is forwarded to the wrong person?
Replace the link from the contact page. The old one stops working straight away.
Give every customer their own page
