Comparison
Karya Falak vs AroFlo
In Karya Falak vs AroFlo, the first differences are how you start and what you pay. AroFlo is a Melbourne-based job management system, now part of the Simpro Group, built for Australian and New Zealand trade businesses from sole traders to operations with 40 or more technicians. It starts at A$80 a user a month with a minimum of three users and is sold through a demo. Karya Falak is a newer Melbourne-made product, priced per business with GST included, that you can set up yourself. AroFlo goes deeper on trade operations; Karya Falak is lighter and built around the shared inbox. Checked 30 October 2026.
Who each one suits
AroFlo suits an established trade business, in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, solar, fire, security or data cabling, that wants one system for quoting, jobs, staff time, scheduling, accounting and payments, with links to suppliers such as Reece and Rexel, and GPS tracking as a paid add-on. It is designed to grow with you to dozens of technicians.
Karya Falak suits a smaller team that wants to start without a sales process, keep the monthly cost low and predictable, and handle customer messages, quotes, visits and invoices in one place. It also suits businesses outside the trades.

The minimum spend
Because AroFlo starts at A$80 a user with a minimum of three users, the smallest AroFlo account starts at A$240 a month, before any GST if it is not included. AroFlo says the per-user rate slides down as your team grows, so ask for a quote for your exact team.
Karya Falak’s smallest account is Starter at A$49 a month, GST included, for up to 10 people in the office. Each person who works only in the Field app adds A$9 a month. For a sole trader or a two-person business, that difference matters. For a 30-technician business it matters less than the features you need.
Where AroFlo is stronger
- Depth for trade operations. Staff time, purchase orders, credit notes and supplier links to Reece and Rexel are part of the package. Karya Falak does none of these.
- GPS tracking. AroFlo offers GPS tracking as a paid add-on. Karya Falak does not track vehicles.
- MYOB. AroFlo connects to MYOB as well as Xero and QuickBooks.
- AI tools. AroFlo offers AI agents, an AI assistant and an AI bill scanner. Karya Falak has no built-in AI, and works with your own Claude or ChatGPT through the connector.
- Established in Australia. AroFlo says thousands of trade businesses use it. Karya Falak is a newer Australian product.
Where Karya Falak is different
- No minimum and no sales call. Start a trial in minutes, and pay for one plan rather than three or more users.
- Every channel in one inbox. AroFlo’s Two-Way Messaging sends SMS updates through each stage of a job. Karya Falak’s shared inbox puts email, web form, WhatsApp and SMS conversations in one place for the team to read and answer.
- Online booking and a client hub. Customers book a real free time on your booking page and see their quotes, visits and invoices in one client hub.
- Australian invoice details. ABN checks, PayID and bank details with an optional QR payment slip, and a GST on sales report for your BAS. See reports.
- Privacy-first location. The Field app reads location only while it is open. If you switch on the live On my way link, which is off by default, the customer sees a first name and a rough position, and the link ends on arrival.
- Hosted in Sydney. Karya Falak’s application and database run on servers in Sydney. AroFlo’s hosting location was not stated on the pages we checked.
